Takeshi Tabata
Director
Specialized in architecture and interior design. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, including commercial facilities, fashion brand stores, watch and jewelry specialty stores, domestic and international brand stores, duty-free shops, and service area facilities. He has served as an executive at several comprehensive design and construction companies and has been involved in launching restaurant businesses. Currently, he handles CM and PM operations in the planning, design, construction, and operation of architectural and commercial facilities.
Hiromi Ishikawa
Outside Director
Former president and chairman of Vantan, "the world's closest school to society." He built an advanced and unique educational model and produced 190,000 graduates for various industries. Currently, he serves as an outside director and board member for several companies as a management consultant. He is a professional in driving corporate growth through human resource development, organizational development, coaching of management executives, and formulating and executing growth strategies.
Daisuke Fukuda
Creative Chief Designer
Born in Tokyo. Graduated from Kuwasawa Design School. He is well-versed in design direction, cost control, and promotion management, and he prioritizes balancing design while setting conditions for clients and on-site workers. He values communication spaces that are extensions of daily life and aims to create smooth, naturally thriving stores. He is involved in the design, planning, and construction direction of stores and commercial facilities.
Takashi Kudama
Development Manager
Born in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1969. Graduated from Tokyo University of Science, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture, and obtained a first-class architect license. Responsible for the design and construction of architecture and interiors, as well as project management. Motivated by the sense of achievement when overcoming high hurdles such as restrictions and regulatory challenges. Hobbies include touring, camping, and traveling. Motto: "Clear skies and bright days." I believe our company is the best place to take on new challenges.
Yuki Hoshiya
Development Manager
Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1977. Graduated from Musashino Art University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Architecture. He is responsible for the design and construction of architecture and interiors, as well as project management. The company planned, designed and constructed "HAMACHO FUTURE LAB," which the company's headquarters and operations have been relocated to, and was awarded the 2024 Good Design Award and Wood Design Award.. His hobbies are free climbing and playing the guitar. His motto is "Never run away."
Kentaro Tomita
Development Manager
Born in the United States in 1982. Graduated from Tama Art University. He is responsible for PM, design, and construction management and won the Design Premio Award at TOKYO DESIGNERS WEEK. His hobbies include camping, mountain climbing, and food and drink exploration. His mottos are "Carve in stone, flow in water" and "If the fish has a heart, the water has a heart." He strives to grasp the true goals through communication with clients and aims to create things that users genuinely feel comfortable with, without being bound by superficial challenges.
